This wheel thrown stoneware honey pot would be a lovely addition to your kitchen or as a gift for any special occasion. The small cutout in the lid allows the honey dipper, which is included, to be stored in the honey pot. Run out of honey? The canister can also be used as a sugar holder, succulent planter, small vase or storage container.
I threw the honey pot on a pottery wheel in my studio from brown speckled clay. The honey pot is glazed in a rustic glaze which allows the speckles in the clay to show through and has brown highlights on the texture. It is accented with a flowing rim. All of my glazes are lead-free and food safe.
Whenever the honey pot needs to be cleaned, simply pop it into the dishwasher!

The honey pot is about 4-1/2 inches to the top of the knob on the lid and is 3-1/2 inches wide at the rim. The body is approximately 4 inches wide.
