This wheel thrown stoneware honey pot would be a lovely addition to your kitchen or as a gift for any special occasion. The small cutout in the lid allows the honey dipper, which is included, to be stored in the honey pot. Run out of honey? The canister can also be used as a sugar holder.
I threw the honey pot on a pottery wheel in my studio from brown speckled clay. The honey pot is glazed in a deep firebrick red glaze with a blue flowing glaze at the rim. All of my glazes are lead-free and food safe. A bee design has been applied around the bottom section of the pot.
Whenever the honey pot needs to be cleaned, simply pop it into the dishwasher!

The honey pot is about 4-1/2 inches tall to the top of the knob on the lid, about 3-1/2 inches tall to the rim, and is 3-3/4 inches wide at the rim.
