The mug is made on my pottery wheel out of speckled brown stoneware clay. A scene depicting chickens has been applied around the bottom of the mug, and the natural clay body is exposed in this area. The rest of the mug is glazed in a deep firebrick red glaze with a flowing seaweed and blue rim. All of my glazes are lead-free and food-safe. The chickens and the branches vary on each mug.
The mug holds 12 - 14 ounces and is approximately 4inches tall and 4 inches at the rim.
Since each mug is handmade by me in my studio, please allow for slight variations in size and color.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
