Locals can choose to “Pickup at Studio” as the shipping option. I will have your items ready to be shipped in 1 - 3 business days. Your order will be shipped by Priority Mail or First Class mail, neither of which is guaranteed to arrive on a specific date. Shipping delays can occur within the US Postal system. Actual shipping time, which is normally 3-4 days, may take longer than normal.
Although I will package your order very carefully, occasionally damage occurs during shipping.
★If your item arrives broken★-- please immediately photograph the broken item, the original packaging, and the label on the box. Email me the photos so I can arrange a replacement or a refund.
Photos are REQUIRED, not optional.I will accept returns and cancellations under certain conditions. Conditions of return -- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as original shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be a 10% charge on returns if the original sale was paid by credit card due to the fees I incur on the charge and return.

My work is safe for the dishwasher and microwave unless it states otherwise in the item description. It will break if dropped, but if used with care, your pottery should last a lifetime!
BAKING & COOKING
I recommended that you DO NOT pre-heat the oven, instead let the pot & contents heat up with the oven.
When baking in your new pottery, take care not to thermo-shock it.
Do not place a cold pot into a hot oven. The pot and contents should be room temperature.
Do not put cold water/liquids into a blazing hot pot.
Do not set a hot pot on an extremely cold surface.
Do NOT under any circumstance, place pots over direct flame, on a stove top, or on a grill.
